I have a 1998 toyota tacoma. I have been adding offroad lights, sattelite radio, an alarm and Lights in my topper. I had all my wires going straight to the battery. I didn't realize at the time that this was a bad idea. I recently bought and installed the 70207 auxillary fuse block. All I can say is wow. It took me two hours to install this baby and it works like a dream. I am notorious for leaving lights on and now that my lights are wired to an ignition on fuse that'll never happen again. Thanks painless it really was painless adding this. Incredible and reliable product. If I ever need anything else you'll be my one stop. Thanks again,

The painless harness is the best package I have ever installed. The kit installed in about 2 hours and the ECM flash was great!
The truck started and the first crank. Painless has really done it's research with this package.

Product is well made. One issue I have is that its not clear on which PCMs provide full functionality. There should be clear language in the product literature that says "this harness only works with PCM service # XXXXX & XXXXX.

I bought and installed your 10201 18-Circuit Universal keyed harness and installed it smoothly. Now I have just bought your Part# 60109
700R4 Transmission Torque Converter Lock-Up Kit. And i was just wondering where the best place on my harness would be to "wire to a 20AMP ingition source". I aslo have another accessory that requires a 20AMP ingition source can i wire them both to the same source or must it be different. I dont want to overload anything. If you can provide 1 or 2 locations to splice it would help greatly. Thank You.
P.S- Your products are fantastic please keep up the good work!

I just purchased your Striker II module for my 04.5 Dodge with a Cummins in it. I have to tell you that I am highly impressed. It was a bargain at 150.00 dollars and after a week of running it I love the extra power and fuel economy. So far, with my truck, it seems to get better mileage on the highest performance level "5" which is great! Mileage improvement is 2-3 miles per gallon in town, and 3-4 on highway. My truck is a 2500 quad cab 4x4 that before would get 15 -16 around town and 18 on the highway if you were running on flat ground. Now it never dips below 20 on the highway. It is usually around 22. My truck has no other modifications except K&N air filter. I can't wait to take it on a long road trip to compare. Thanks Painless!! When I decide to upgrade to a higher output tuner, I will look to you guys first--Mark Young

This new harness is the most complete harness available for the 66 -77 Ford Bronco. I had the opportunity to do an install on 77 Ford Bronco and the harness is very easy to read. All the leads are labeled individually and in groups. It may look intimidating at first but after reading the instruction manual and laying out the harness on the floor, it is easy to understand. I have also done 2 installs of the earlier version Ford Bronco harness a few years ago and this new harness takes the cake! It comes complete with a glovebox liner to make the fusebox install alot easier and the color coded schematics is so simple to understand.

This is a briliant harness. Factory colors help to keep any project 'by the book'. The glovebox is a great replacement to the tired old cardboard. Pug and play is the best way to describe the installation. Great product!

This is a GREAT product. I am using 3 in our current vehicles. 1964 Impala ss,1966 impala ss and 1956 chev.p/u. They all work very well and the lower 1st gear ratio of the 700r4 in combination with the o/d with lock up makes a much more driveable combination. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Installation is straight forward and done with no special tools or skills required.

I installed the 69/70 Mustang harness into my 1970 Mustang fastback. I have to say that Painless Performance really got this harness right. The harness went in easily and fit better then the OEM harness. They provided plenty of fasteners and connectors to easily
complete the entire installation. I really thought this was going to be a PAINFULL experience but to my surprise it was not!! The new harness provided for additional circuits and has incorporated into it for more modern technologies. I also installed an MSD, Mallory Unilight and OEM HOOD TACH which required additional wiring to get everything working. Along with the well written manual, their Tech support was able to help me with the additional connections. My old harness was a fire waiting to happen. I had circuit that did not work due to shorts and frayed and cracked insulation requiring me to tape everything which made the harness look horrible. I also added the wire cover for looks and wire protection. The car runs great and the harness is performing perfectly. I am so glad I decided to replace my old harness with a PAINLESS!!!

I used Painless chassis and engine (TPI) harnesses in my street rod. How easy was it! Just terminate a few wires and add a few more and before you knew it, it breathed it's first breath. It's been on the road now for 3yrs and has never given me any trouble whatsoever. Both harnesses certainly made a daunting task easy.

I installed the Perfect High Torque on my basically stock 4.0 in a Jeepspeed desert race car. The only other mods to the engine are some head work, valve springs, roller rockers and a Banks header.
I initially wanted the system to clean up the stock wiring, which it did. The system is simple and easy to install. What I found after the install was amazing performance. My car breathes fire! The guidelines in my class limit the bottom end of the motor. I can't stroke it or bore it. My car pulls harder than all the high dollar engines that my competitors are running.
The last race we ran, the post race technical inspection included a motor inspection. We placed second after losing a tire, we had 5 guys looking over the tech guy's shoulder because they 'knew' our motor was illegal. We passed with the smallest displacement on the podium.
The Perfect High Torque engine management system was the best single improvement that I did for my car!

We used your 4 rocker universal panels and relay kits for our 2007 Toyota Tundra Project Deepwoods at Off-Road Adventures magazine. They worked great--and saved us a lot of time. Here's what i said:
Speaking of wiring, Deepwoods has a lot of extra wiring and switches. We utilized a couple switch and relay kits from Painless Performance Products to make the job, well, painless. Note we didn’t say quick; adding switches and running the wiring in any project vehicle is tedious if it’s done cleanly.
For example, we used a pair of Painless four-switch wiring kits, complete with all the wiring, and a relay kit to control all of the auxiliary lights, spare battery, on-board air system, and rear power supply.
The two switch panels were installed in our Tundra’s overhead console with the Painless Performance color-coded and labeled wires running from the switch banks between the headliner and roof, down the driver’s side “C”-pillar to the door sill kick panel where they connected to the wires coming from the battery, lights, and other accessories.
No easy task. But the end result is really sick. And when you have a wiring kit and switches already to use, like those from Painless, the job is that much easier and well done.

I have installed a 5.7 vortec w/ a 4L60 in my 76 Chevy K10 truck and it was a relief after looking at the jungle of wires on the donor truck and then looking at the painless kit. It made it very easy. After seeing my old truck run the way it did when it was finished, a friend decided to swap a vortec in his 72 K20. I assissted him somewhat with this, and this was also very easy and trouble free. You supply the good, working engine and components and Painless does the rest.

Several months and about 6000 miles ago I installed a Striker module from Jason at Painless Performance in my '04 1/2 Dodge diesel dually. I use this truck to pull an enclosed race car trailer which is about 10,400 lbs loaded. While the increase in power is quite noticable even at lower settings, my primary interest was in better mileage. In empty driving situations I have seen an average increase in mileage of 2.6 mpg and 2.5- 3 in cross country towing situations. Here in Texas, on flat ground the increase while towing has been 5-6 mpg. I have used 2 other name brand, higher priced units and not seen nearly this much gain. Added benefits included 50-100 degree lower EGT temps and a smoother idle. The Striker can be installed in minutes and disconnected for dealer visits in less time. I am highly impressed with the performance of this unit and would recommend the Striker to anyone.
