$50.00 rebate applies to retail purchases by the end consumer of a Painless Performance Chassis Harness between July 1, 2008 and October 31, 2008. To claim the rebate consumer must mail (1)the completed claim form along with (2) a copy of the original retail receipt and (3) a portion of the end flap of the carton with the UPC code and part number of the harness purchased. Claim form and above documentation must be received at the address below no later than November 30, 2008 to be eligible for the rebate.
